Northwest Surgeons only provides specialist veterinary services,
which means that we need all of our patients to be referred from
your own veterinary practice. The process couldn’t be quicker or
easier – just ask them to contact us and we’ll be in touch with
you directly to make that important first appointment where we
can take a full clinical history, carry out a physical examination
and then discuss investigation and treatment options.

If your pet is insured, please bring your policy schedule (or certificate
of insurance) and your insurance claim form with you. In some cases
we may be able to process a direct claim to your insurance company
for settlement of fees – your specialist will be able to discuss this
with you at your first appointment. Otherwise our normal practice is
to request payment of fees at the time your pet is discharged from
our clinic – we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch or Delta,
Building Society Cheque or Bankers Draft.
