Routine referrals are made with our easy fax-back system so that we can see pets quickly and efficiently for you
You can download the form here and fax it to our office immediately. We will then contact the pet owner and
arrange an appointment at their earliest convenience, so you do not need to act as an intermediary.
For urgent cases please telephone us and arrange the referral as necessary – we will still need a written referral
in due course so that we have the necessary patient details before they arrive.
We will provide you with a full report within two working days of your patient leaving our clinic.
